Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States and internationally to Australia.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping times quoted below begin after your order has been processed.

Shipping Option:

• Standard Shipping: varies from 2-5 business days

All orders include tracking, so you can follow your package every step of the way. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update. If you haven’t received your shipping email, be sure to check your spam or trash folders, and if it’s still missing, feel free to email us at hello@miji.life for support.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or peak shipping periods.

How Can I Change My Order?

If you’d like to change your order details, such as adding/removing products or updating your shipping address, please contact us at hello@miji.life as soon as possible.
Because orders begin processing quickly, we can’t guarantee changes can be made in time, but we’ll do our absolute best to help.

I Didn't Receive My Package

If your tracking information says your order was delivered but you haven’t received it:

• Reach out to the courier listed on your tracking email (e.g., USPS, UPS, etc.) for more information, your package may be waiting there.
  
• You can also ask them to investigate using the delivery scan’s GPS geotag.

Please understand that we cannot take responsibility for lost or missing packages that have been successfully marked as delivered to the shipping address provided with your order. We do not issue refunds in these cases.

International Orders

We currently ship internationally to Australia only.

Orders to Australia are processed within 1–2 business days, with an estimated delivery time of 14–20 business days after dispatch. All international orders include tracking.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
