That’s why we offer a 30-day Money Back Guarantee: love it or return it. If you’re not completely satisfied, you’re welcome to return your item within 30 days of receiving it.
Returns & Refunds (Physical Products)
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a defective or incorrect item).
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- For your protection, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking.
- Once your return is received, please allow 7–10 business days for the return to be processed and inspected.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after processing is complete.
Digital Products
- Digital products and downloads are non-refundable and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- If a digital product was purchased as part of an order that qualified for free shipping, and the physical product is later returned, the digital product remains non-refundable and its value will not be credited or refunded.
- Any refund issued will apply only to eligible physical items, in accordance with this policy.
