Once you place your order, please allow 1โ2 business days (MonโFri, excluding holidays) for us to process it. As soon as your items have shipped, the delivery time for our Free Standard Shipping option is an additional 2โ5 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or peak shipping periods.
Once your order ships, youโll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please allow 24โ48 hours for tracking details to update. If you havenโt received your shipping email, be sure to check your spam or trash folders, and if itโs still missing, feel free to email us at hello@miji.life for support.
If youโd like to change your order details, such as adding/removing products or updating your shipping address, please contact us atย hello@miji.life as soon as possible.
Because orders begin processing quickly, we canโt guarantee changes can be made in time, but weโll do our absolute best to help.

If your tracking information says your order was delivered but you havenโt received it:
- Reach out to theย courier listed on your tracking email (e.g., USPS, UPS, etc.) for more information, your package may be waiting there.
- You can also ask them to investigate using the delivery scanโs GPS geotag.
Please understand that we cannot take responsibility for lost or missing packages that have been successfully marked as delivered to the shipping address provided with your order. We do not issue refunds in these cases.

Miji Bloom Cards are designed for children ages 5 to 10.
Younger children (5โ7) may need more support from a parent or caregiver as they explore the cards, which creates meaningful moments of connection and conversation.
